IMPORTANT PASSWORD SETUP INFORMATION

For enhanced security, PBA Flex Claims does not utilize your PBA Benefits Portal username and password. Follow the steps below to set up your mobile password:

• Install the app and open it on your mobile device.
• Enter your ID number from your PBA ID card in the username field.
• Enter your mobile validation code (first initial, last 4 digits of SSN, and 2-letter state abbreviation) in the password field.
• Proceed with the setup of your final mobile password, and provide answers for your security question and email address.
